Grass-Fed Beef

About our beef

We raise our beef on 7 acres of pasture. In winter we feed locally grown hay — both grass and alfalfa — and occasionally a small amount of grain.

Hickory Hill Ranch beef is ethically produced with only the finest ingredients: healthy cattle, grass, and sunshine. Our cattle receive no antibiotics, hormones, or pesticides. You can be sure you are eating an all-natural product of the highest quality.

We love having cattle — the Swiss Jerseys in particular. They're curious animals, and anytime you're nearby they'll wander over to say hello.

Our cattle spend the season on open, lush pasture. As we wrote after one move to fresh grass: the cows munched away in a state of pure contentment — bellies full and spirits high, enjoying the freedom and the wide-open space.
